Our client, a company founded in 1982, provides Testing, Inspection and Certification services to a number of leading national and multinational oil and gas companies, including BP, Shell, ExxonMobil, ADNOC, PETRONAS, PetroBras, ONGC, and Chevron.  It operates globally through five regional headquarters in the USA, the UK, Malaysia, South Africa, and the UAE and has numerous branches in over 30 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

- Human Resource Manager acts as the HR Business Partner to the Organization's business around the world, directly reporting to the Group Finance Director

Requirements:

- Must be willing to travel / be based overseas and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Bachelor's Degree relating to Human Resource Management with minimum 5 years working experience
- Strong voacal and communication skills
- Positive individual with strong interpersonal, leadership and motivational skills
- Able to work independently  with minimum supervision and strong organizational skills
- Responsible, resourceful and able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to draw up complex employment contracts
